c75kDa kelch repeat containing actin-binding protein expressed
predominantly in brain (Chen
et al, 2002).
Actinfilin has the same overall structure as mayven, kelch, and Enc-1,
other actin-binding proteins. At the N terminus there is a BTB or
POZ domain through which actinfilin self associates.
